JOB DESCRIPTION :Full understanding of e-commerce websites in order to handle escalation of helpdesk queries, assisting with testing and fault logging for the websites, assisting with admin and proposals to clients. Reporting.

Matric and either a sales qualification or diploma in Information Technology

IT or Sales experience and advantage must have at least 2 years relevant experience.
